Day 13 - Tanna: Volcano Hike

1: Back to airport again....Early am flight to Tanna. We had a very intimate 8 person plane experience. Darren literally closed and secured the door to the plane. 

2: Got to Evergreen Resort & had breakfast w/ Tuskers.
 

3: Hiked to "the beach" and it started to rain so we headed back for naps

4: Geared up for our adventure for the day - 1.5 hour drive through forest to get to the volcano, Mt. Yassir.

5: Hiked up the face of the volcano & walked around the rim as we watched eruptions.

6: We embarked on the long, dark..super safe...drive back to have candlelight dinner waiting for us at the hotel.
