On the Go: Hotel Treadmill Workout (30 mins)

  • Warmup - 5 mins speed walk @ incline & stretch
  • 5 min rounds
    • 2 mins base pace (ex: 6.5 mph)
    • 1 min push it pace (ex: 8.0)
    • 1 min increase push it (ex: 8.5)
    • 1 min increase again push it (ex: 9)
  • Repeat x5
  • Cool Down & Stretch
